Cooking - Pleasing Pasta

On Tuesday this week, Earth class took part in a morning of learning different skills of cooking to make their very own pasta salad. Using the skills of chopping, slicing, stirring, and grating the children put together their very own dish to take home for dinner. In the lesson they learnt how to use a bridge hold to chop vegetables into large chunks and then to use a claw grip to slice their vegetables into smaller pieces to go into their salads. Grating was also used to put cheese on the top.
