Journey to the River Sea
During term 3 Jupiter Class started looking at the book ‘Journey to the River Sea’ which was written by Eva Ibbotson. We have been immersed in the adventures of Maia and Miss Minton whilst they adjust to their new life in Brazil. A focus for Jupiter Class this term was our usage of adventurous words. Throughout our narrative unit, we have tried to extend our writing by also focusing on the emotion that the characters feel in certain situations.
