Letters from the Lighthouse and Tea Staining
During Term 2, Jupiter Class continued their focus on World War 2 and our class book, Letters from the Lighthouse. As part of this, we took the role of one of the characters in the book (who had been evacuated) and wrote our own letters home. Once we had planned and drafted these, we tried to make them as authentic as possible. To do this, we created our own tea stained paper! The children thoroughly enjoyed this process and as you can see, the letters turned out great!
