Mars Class harvested a fantastic crop of new potatoes, which we had been carefully watering for months. We decided to create a potato salad using some chives and salad from the vegetable patch too. Each group had an important job in helping to prepare the dish, and we even had some wonderful helpers who washed up too. We had to think about food hygiene and safety whilst using the equipment and preparing the ingredients. The potato salad was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by many!
