Once we had arrived at Claremont school we were invited into a blow up bubble tent. We all took our shoes off and then entered the dome. After a while, we were introduced to Fred and Dr Jones.
F R E D = FOOD REST EXSERCISE DEVICES
Firstly, we covered food and we learned how to eat healthy and not to eat junk food. Next we went over rest and we learnt that children should have at least 8-10 hours of sleep. You should exercise at least 5 days a week. Finally, we move on to devices, you should only go on devices for a treat or to help you do your work (you should never go on devices for too long or before bed time).
WE ALL HAD AMAZING FUN AND IT WAS ONLY US AND CLAREMONT SO THAT WAS GOOD!
