Everyone enjoyed the last day of the week. It wasn’t just any ordinary yoga, it was ninja yoga! First we stood up in a circle and we did a quick warm up to get our body energised and ready for the main event. Then we had to use our balancing skills to stand on one foot. Next, we split up into two groups and did some entertaining and comedic moves: we had to lie down on our chests and hold up our feet with our strength. The best thing about the session is that everyone had a great time. At last, we sat in silence. It was calming and relaxing to hear nothing but quietness.
