On Monday 30th September we celebrated our Harvest Festival in St Peter's Church. The theme for our Harvest service was 'A World of Contrasts'. We thanked God for all of the food and great things we have as well as thinking about how much of the food and wealth is unfairly distributed around the world.
The children brought gifts of tins and other long-life produce which has been distributed by our Year 6 children to some of the elderly people living in our community. The remainder of the food has been taken to the Nourish Foodbank in the town.
