Wellbeing Walk Photos from the school community
During this strange time where things are so different, we believe it is really important to remember to look after ourselves and focus on our well-being. One way to do this is through regular physical activity; keeping active has many benefits such as lowering anxiety, ensuring a better sleep, boosting energy and many more.
Exercise doesn’t need to be particularly intense for you to feel good - slower-paced activities, such as walking, can still have the same benefits as more vigorous exercise. Walking gives us the chance to appreciate our surroundings more, which is another one of the five ways to wellbeing, taking notice. Please see below photographs taken by people in our school community during one of their Wellbeing walks recently.
