School Meals

 

At St Peter's we encourage all children to have a healthy diet.  The children can either bring in a healthy packed lunch from home or purchase a school packed lunch through the school office.

Our school meals are provided by Nourish Contract Catering, a privately owned contract catering company which specialises in the supply of healthy, nutritious meals to schools and care homes in the south-east of England. They operate a four-weekly cycle of menus and ensure that all of their lunches meet the specific dietary needs of school age children and comply with guidelines set out by the Schools Food Trust and the Department for Education.

School meals cost £2.40 a day and need to be ordered in advance on Arbor.  

For children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 these are free under the government's Universal Free School Meals scheme.
